Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Our Shipping is made normally through UPS and delivers in 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Our handling time takes 1-4 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period.  We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number the day after the purchase. 

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing an order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, etc.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the USA and regular ground shipping time is 1-4 business days.

The courier is always responsible for performing the parcel's delivery with a signature. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the costumer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the merchandise is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, Remote Learning Cubby will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for items produced and/or delivered in full.  

Deposits placed on Tournament Packages are non-refundable.  

If for any reason you need to cancel your package we will gladly refund your package price minus a $100.00 fee unless your package/goods have been produced or delivered.  

If you cancel your package prior to paying your balance you will not be responsible for the balance.
